Liposuction is a surgical technique that improves the body's contour by removing excess fat from deposits located between the skin and muscle. Liposuction involves the use of a small stainless steel tube, called a cannula (from the Latin word for reed, tube, cane).
The cannula is connected to a powerful suction pump and inserted into the fat through small incisions in the skin. Fat removal is accomplished as the suction cannula creates tiny tunnels through the fatty layers. After surgery, these tiny tunnels collapse and thus result in an improved body contour.

A tummy tuck is a major surgical procedure that tightens abdominal muscles and gets rid of excess skin and fat. Women and men who have loose abdominal skin and fat that is concentrated in the abdomen can benefit from abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck. Sometimes these conditions are inherited. In other instances, substantial weight loss may cause abdominal skin to become flaccid.

Abdominoplasty also can tighten muscles that have been separated and weakened by pregnancy. The procedure may somewhat improve the appearance of stretch marks, especially those located below the navel.
You may be a good candidate for abdominoplasty if you have one or more of the following conditions:

• excess or sagging abdominal skin

• an abdomen that protrudes and is out of proportion to the rest of your body

• excess fatty tissue that is concentrated in your abdomen

Calf Implants, also called Calf Augmentation, is a procedure that gives the appearance of larger muscles of the lower legs.
 
The implants are made in a variety of sizes and are constructed of solid silastic. The consistency is firm yet rubbery and comparable with firm muscles.

 
Usually general anaesthesia is used for this procedure because your muscles need to be completely relaxed. The incision is made in the crease behind the knee and an opening called a pocket is made by dissecting around the calf muscle and opening up the area.  Once the pocket is fully opened, the implant is squeezed through the incision and placed into the pocket. The incision is then closed and a dressing is applied.

Afterwards, patients will have to wear compression stockings for a time recommended by your doctor. There will be some time after surgery that you will not be able to move around very much and you will have to keep your legs elevated, then a longer time during which your activity will be limited.  Most people move around very little for the first few days after surgery. It may be around a week before you can move about comfortably and longer than that before you go back to exercise.
 
The scars from this procedure are small and usually well hidden in the skin fold behind your knee. 

Body lift surgery is an extremely effective procedure for patients with excess skin resulting from massive weight loss. Depending on the location of the excess skin, patients may choose to undergo either an upper, mid, or lower body lift. For patients with significant amounts of excess skin throughout the midsection, lower body, and extremities, a combination of these techniques called full or total body lift surgery may be the best option.
Total body lift surgery is helpful for patients who have lost skin elasticity all over their body. Excess skin can cause severe chafing and discomfort, as well as prevent patients from wearing clothes in a smaller size. Total body lifts address every part of the body that commonly accumulates fat and surplus skin: arms, breasts, abdomen, hips, thighs, and buttocks can all be re contoured to achieve a smooth, trim, and lifted appearance.

You may hear total body lift surgery referred to as an upper and lower body lift. In an upper body lift, the arms are treated with an arm lift and the breasts are contoured with a breast lift. These two surgeries can be performed separately or during a mid or lower body lift.

Though a total body lift is the most comprehensive way to rejuvenate your figure after massive weight loss, you need to take into account the extended recovery period required for such complex surgery. You should be prepared to remain at home for up to six weeks after your total body lift surgery and to follow all instructions given to you by your plastic surgeon. Once the swelling has gone down and the scars begin to fade, most patients are extremely satisfied with their new appearance.

The buttocks lift can be performed as a solo procedure or as part of the total body lift. The procedure improves the contour of the buttock and makes it 'perkier'.

The butt lift can be achieved by two methods; removing excess skin and tightening the skin above the upper part of the buttocks is one way to lift the buttocks. The butt can also be lifted with fat injections or implants. The fat injection procedure is also referred to as the Brazilian butt lift. In addition to more volume and prominence, the fat injections give the butt more projection or lift.
