I have 3 children and had been wanting a tummy tuck, breast lift and arm lift. I had consultations with several doctors in San Diego but the prices were outrageous. I had seen advertisements on TV about plastic surgery in Mexico and so I started doing some research on the Internet. I live in San Diego so going to Tijuana was the most convenient. I sent out emails to different plastic surgeons to get quotes and I weighed the differences of the replies. I had received a quote that I thought was fair and then I received a call from Mexico Extreme Makeover. He told me about his company and he was very thorough. I told him about the quote I had received and he said to email him the quote. He had worked with the doctors in Tijuana for years so he know all of the doctors. He told me he would talk to some of his doctors and he would get back to me. He called back that day and and gave me quote that was $1300 less than my other quote. The doctor had been practicing plastic surgery for more than 15 years and was completely certified and licensed. I decided that I would go with Mexico Extreme Makeover. The company provided transportation for all of the appointments and a hotel room with a discounted rate. The hotel was very nice and clean, it had room service and a free continental breakfast. The hospital was great. It was very clean and the nurses were lovely and very thorough. My doctor was fantastic, very professional, he explained everything and prepared me for the outcome. I felt very confident in what was happening. After the surgery, I stayed the night in the hospital, the nurses were always checking in and they were so helpful. The hospital rooms were large and private with big bathrooms and television. After leaving the hospital, I stayed a couple of days at the hotel. The doctor checked in on me and gave all of the medications for the trip home. He told me everything I needed to do and I felt very prepared. Mexico Extreme Makeover set up every appointment and provided everything I needed. My follow up appointment was 2 weeks later and they also provided the transportation for that. I also saw a dermatologist while I was there and got a great discount on a photofacial. The dermatologist was also very professional with a very classy practice. It was also very clean. I had a great Experience with Mexico Extreme Makeover.

My ears have been bothering me for years. I was first teased in school because they stuck out. Finally I decided to do something about it.
